Gabe Nix and Drew Ciccarelli are stock promoters from South Carolina that run a series of stock promotion websites and email spam data bases through their company, Global Marketing Media LLC. 

Christopher Gabriel Nix and Drew Moran Ciccarelli are very close friends possibly  even related by marriage.

Global Marketing Media LLC is a South Carolina business entity.

It is rumored that awesomepennystocks (APS) will hold some "residual" shares in the companies they control later using those "residual" leftovers to promote the stock again after they have moved on.  It has become a common trend to see Global Marketing Media LLC involved in pumping APS picks after APS has moved on (residual leftovers).

Through the Stock Market Quote, Nix and Ciccarelli profiled many APS picks including AMWI on December 13, 2011, ABOT on December 22, 2011, and NSRS on December 30, 2011,

Through pennystockcircle, Nix and Ciccarelli were paid to promote many APS picks including:

RARS (current promotion)

Considering the high percentage of APS plays that Gabe Nix and Drew Ciccarelli have gotten involved in promoting after APS was done, it comes as no surprise that prior to Eric Van Nguyen deleting his facebook page, he listed Drew Ciccarelli as one of his facebook friends.

Global Marketing Media (Nix and Ciccarelli) also run a website called durhaminvestments.org which was involved in two failed promotions recently (FLKI and RACK).

A lot of Global Marketing Media LLC's post-promo promotions involved them paying stockrich, hototc.com, coolpennystocks, bullyrally and stockegg.  All sites that were later purchased by APS from Tuyen Tran in March of 2012 for $3,000,000 plus coverage on some deals.

Many of Global Marketing Media's promotions were paid for by Flip Ventures, LLC.

Flip Ventures, LLC is located in Florida.  And is controlled by James Filippone.

James Filippone lists himself as the COO of Muscle Pharm Corp (MSLP) on his twitter page.

Like Gabe Nix and Drew Ciccarelli, James Filippone is from South Carolina and lists both Gabe and Drew as one of his facebook friends.

Muscle Pharm Corp (MSLP) is a publicly traded company largely controlled by Drew Ciccarelli as documented in this recent SEC filing.  Ciccarelli gained control of those shares (any many more to come) through an agreement he signed with MSLP through his company, Five Star Consulting LLC.

Five Star Consulting LLC was involved in paying Global Marketing Media for several promotions:

Global Marketing Media LLC was previously compensated $5,000.00 for the promotion of IDEH by Five Star Consulting LLC.

Global Marketing Media LLC was previously compensated $15,000.00 for the promotion of CRPZ by Five Star Consulting LLC.

Through another website controlled by Global Marketing Media LLC, thestockscout.com, Gabe and Drew also were paid to promote MSLP back in April of 2011.

That is pretty ballsy to be involved in the company paying for the promotion, the company running the promotion, and the company being promoted, but penny stocks are dirty so this should not be too shocking to anybody.

MSLP wasn't the only company promoted by Global Marketing Media in which Drew Ciccarelli owned a large block of shares.  According to this SEC filing, Drew Ciccarelli also owned a large block of shares in IC Places Inc (ICPA) in the spring of 2011.

In July of 2011, Gabe and Drew's good buddy, James Filippone, paid Global Marketing Media LLC to run a promotion on ICPA.

Research on Global Marketing Media (Nix and Ciccarelli) shows that they are often used as a clean up crew for post-promo share dumping and their promotions are rarely very successful.
