28 May TBX, the New Big Promoter on the Block? Maybe.
The Bull Exchange group, aka TBX, (see here for list of sites) will release a new pick on Tuesday May 29th. Who is the Bull Exchange? Many have speculated on their origin. The group only has one known promotion under their belt but somehow they have built a strong following.
On January 20, 2012, InsanePennies.com sent out an email containing the following statement:
Welcome new members!
NSRS and some of our most recent alerts have allowed many of our savvy members turn $5,000 into $50,000 in just a matter of weeks and we want you to be the first to have the privilege on our next WINNER. We will be releasing our next pick on Sunday night @ 6 pm and this is one you don't want to miss!”
There are several very interesting items behind this email. No recipients had ever heard of Insane Pennies before or do they recall subscribing to their newsletter. A more interesting fact, the email had been sent to email addresses that were set up for the use of Awesome Penny Stocks sister sites only. This leads many to hypothesize that the group is somehow connected to the APS group or the mailing list has been sold.
Another hidden gem within the email can be found within the disclaimer. Although the body of the email states that they will release their pick on Sunday night. The disclaimer states:
“InsanePennies has received no form of compensation for coverage on ECIT, although we do expect to receive one million restricted shares over the next month for six months of advertising services”
On January 22, 2012, The Bull Exchange releases ECIT (now NRBT) as their new pick (See here for further information). The disclaimer states:
“The Bullexchange.com and or its affiliates have NOT received any compensation to date for investor communications services but expects to receive $100,000 from a third party non affiliate. Bullexchange.com receives compensation as a production budget for advertising efforts and will retain amounts over and above the cost of production, copy writing services, mailing and other distribution expenses as a fee for our services.”
ECIT ran for several weeks, starting around $0.115, peaked around $1.35 and now trades around $0.12.
During this run many traders were unsure what to think of this promoter. After the run, TBX has developed a reputation that they have yet to truly earn, with many traders speculating that they will continue to deliver similar promotions in the future.
The connection to the APS group is still yet to be identified. Despite further developments that add to the assumption. One being the changes of address:
2711 Centerville Rd., Ste 120, PMB 7165 • Wilmington • DE • 19808
1620 Central Ave # 202, Cheyenne, WY 82001-4575, Wyoming, 82001-4575, United States
1620 Central Ave # 202Urb. Marbella, 47th St and Aquilino de la Guardia Avenue, Panama City, ., Panama
Urb. Marbella, 47th St and Aquilino de la Guardia Avenue, Panama City, Panama
Now that TBX has a new pick coming, many believe this will be a strong runner and these traders will blindly risk their account on the new ticker. I believe there is potential for this new promotion for traders to earn a profit, but traders must be cautious and trade smart.
