24 Feb Some Peter Messineo shells that are all linked – OBJE, OMVE, FTTN, RBCC, NTRR, ASCC, FSCN, GGET, EWST, and First Idependence Corp
While researching Global Group Enterprises Corp (GGET) I quickly found some patterns between GGET and some other shells that used Peter Messineo as the certified accountant.
Many of these connections I had already started to map out in our Aristocrat Group Corp (ASCC) report found here.
Taking a deeper look today, what I found is a group of tickers that have all been set up exactly the same - OBJE, OMVE, FTTN, RBCC, NTRR, ASCC, FSCN, GGET, EWST, and First Independence Corp (which is still waiting for symbol).
I also found other tickers that link to the same group of insiders - QUAN, GTSO, EVSO, EHSI, and MYHA.
What I have learned while mapping out the features of each ticker is that the older tickers from this group (OBJE, FTTN, RBCC, and NTRR) all ended up being used the same way with some insider dumping followed by a reverse split to reset the share price to allow anonymous debt Note holders to get super cheap shares at ridiculously low prices compared to the market price. All of those tickers also got promoted, but none of the promotions brought in much volume and in the end most investors incurred major loses.
ASCC is the first one to get a forward split and seems like the next in line to see some unusual trading action or some type of promotion.
The other tickers have yet to set up the cash advances which will eventually be turned into convertible notes with unbelievable lopsided term of conversion.
What I have concluded from this research is that if the newer tickers on this list follow the path set by the older tickers, these are not tickers that anybody will want to play around with during any kind of paid promotion. The insiders of this shell seem content on just getting rich without giving their retail investors any opportunity to make money at the same time.
